YBOA is deeply saddened to announce the passing of our YBOA Alabama Director, John Allen. John Allen passed away after a brutal battle with cancer. As stated from his family, “He is cancer free now, pain free and in the arms of our Heavenly Father.”

John Allen will forever be remembered for his love of family, YBOA, and the thousands of players, coaches, and family members who were fortunate enough to have known him. John built YBOA Alabama to heights never seen before. More importantly, John had an indelible impact on everyone he knew through his caring and kindness.
